Not all index tabs are manufactured the same. Some are cheap and will bend or fall off easily. Others are more durable and meant to be used regularly. It is important to find index tab dividers that are appropriate for your three ring binder and project.

Bonus tip: When putting titles on index tabs, they should be short and sweet. Most of these tabs will have white index paper in them with black ink written or typed on them. However, you are free to be different, just be sure to think about readability.
